Refunds & Returns Policy

Here you will find everything that you need to know about Refunds and Returns. Wilson Beauty wants you to get the most out of your experience with us, so cases may vary.

  • Wilson Beauty does not accept refunds for change of mind or used/opened goods.

    To receive a refund, items must be un opened un used and in original packaging.

  • Refund & Return policies are put in place due to WHS protocol. Some items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

    For Example, E gift cards, Courses, Sale items and certain tools and accessories as well as promotional products.

  • In the rare occasion you may recieve a faulty/damaged product/goods, please email Wilson_beauty20@outlook.com with your

    • Name

    • Order Number

    • Pictures / Videos for proof

    Ensure that you do this within 24hrs after delivery confirmation.

  • Once your item has been returned in its original packaging and condition, it will then be inspected to ensure that it meets Wilson Beauty's Return Policy. From there if approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

    We ask that you please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to hit your bank account.

  • Any Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods/products.
